10. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.
Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable law.
11. Change-Of-Mind Returns
Where permitted by law, Alpine Dental may offer returns for change of mind at its discretion.
Unless a different policy is specifically stated for a product or promotion:
- The product must be unused and unopened;
- The product must be in original saleable condition;
- The product must be returned in its original packaging;
- Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility; and
- A refund may be issued once the product has been received and inspected.

13. Product Warranties
Some products may be supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty or additional Alpine Dental warranty.
Any warranty offered by Alpine Dental or a manufacturer is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
For electronic products that are specifically advertised as carrying a two-year warranty, Alpine Dental will repair or replace eligible defective products during the warranty period, subject to the applicable warranty conditions and Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty coverage does not ordinarily apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper installation, abnormal use or failure to follow manufacturer instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Freight needs to be covered by the customer for return goods
14. Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. 10 Days or less
We may request photographs or other information to help us investigate the issue.
Where the problem is attributable to Alpine Dental or a failure covered by consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
15. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, we will generally refund the relevant amount to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Where a refund is required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with the law.

Where a product is intended for dental, oral-care, cosmetic or professional use, you should read all product information and directions before use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by Alpine Dental are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, have allergies or have concerns regarding the suitability of a product, you should seek appropriate professional advice before use.
17. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, discounts, coupon codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
